Called well after midnight. Been getting these calls for 3 years. I do NOT do any form of business with this company. Tried telling them 3 years ago I am not who they are looking for but they just ignore and start asking for personally identifying info. 100% criminal. Not in any way attached to the US Government or United Healthcare.

This company works with my insurance to schedule home health visits especially since it is a medicare plan. While it does go through Optum, they schedule the visits for United health Care, Cigna, and many others. I've dealt with them before.

Wanted my phone number which I wouldn't give. They said I could call the memberservoces number on my insurance card to reach them. I'm sure it's United as they are my health insurance coverage cartier but I don't let people in my home. I see my doctors regularly, which is quite enough.

Same as most. Wanting to set up virtual home visit - I've always refused in the past because I may be old, but I'm still a participating in life adult who doesn't have time for this nonsense; I always tell them I visit my dr. regularly, so why do I need some stranger who is not my chosen dr. to come visit me. Well, she heard my argument and then enticed me with a gift card. Hmm, I thought, why not? No one actually showing up at my door. She asked Skype, Facetime or some Google app. Of the 3 only used Skype. Now she ask if using laptop or phone (that question seemed OK, but not entirely necessary). I said laptop. Then she wanted to know Dell or HP (hello, there are more makes of laptops than that). At which point I said she didn't need to know; she insisted and (with likely my bp boiling) I hung up.

I have a doctor and as my insurance company they can get my records. They need to stop these calls as I will never let them intrude into my life again. An invasion of the worst kind as who knows where the info really goes and who is coming into your home.
