Supply Charges (Scam) (Scam call) reported by


Mandy Mathews left a message saying she needed to discuss supply charges on my Ohio electric and left a reference number and asked to have my electric bill handy when I called back. I recently moved to Florida and prior to moving, had shared electric bill but not in my name, so I'd never have been listed as an account holder. I've lived in Florida for over a month so there's no reason for me to receive this call.

Mandy Matthews called asking me for my electric bill information. Did not supply her with the information. Have had multiple calls in the past few months and even a woman going door to door trying to get my gas and electric bill information. Not sure what they could do with it but have refused to give out any information to anyone who is not my direct source of electric. When I called back the phone rang one time with some music and they never even stated what company they were calling from? Weird. Don't answer or give out your information.

Mandy Mathews left a message saying she needed to discuss supply charges on my Ohio electric account even left a reference # and asked to have my electric bill handy when I called back, I will not be calling back. I am in Ohio but I live in BFE and am with a local Co-Op for electric. The local office will call me if there is any issue.....this is a total scam.
