This person called and asked to speak to our owner. He lied and said that his colleague had previously spoken to him already. He told me he was calling from a Voice Over Internet Protocol company. I let him know that it was very unlikely that our owner had spoken to him about that, as he doesn't handle those types of calls within the company. I then asked him to explain to me what VoIP was, and he hung up on me. Waste of time.

The office opens at 8:30 am. By 8:45 they call, several times a week. If you happen to answer (on accident) they will continue to call until they get a person again. It's now 10:07 and they've called nine times.
