*FRAUD* CALLER PRETENDS TO BE FROM SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON (SCE) AND CLAIMS THEY ARE GOING TO DISCONNECT YOUR SERVICE IF YOU DO NOT PAY IMMEDIATELY. I CALLED AND INFORMED SCE OF THE SCAM AND THEY HAVE ENTERED THE NUMBER INTO THEIR FRAUD DATA BASE. THEY ARE ALSO LAUNCHING INVESTIGATION. DO NOT FALL FOR IT!

Was called today as a representative of So Cal Edison saying bill was delinquent for December/January, and technician would be out in 45 minutes to cut power. Was told that nearly $1000 needed to be paid in CASH via moneygram to a RUSHCARD in order to avoid shut off. Called multiple times--scam, please be aware!

Our office received a call from this number claiming to be PG&E and said because we hadn't paid our bill since dec 15 the PG&E workman was coming out to disconnect our service in 45 minutes. She gave me 424-294-2011 as their phone number. She said the only way to prevent the service from being disconnected was to go to a pay location in our area and pay cash. As soon as my boss said for me to hang up to phone that this is a scam, the "PG&E" female representative quickly hung up the phone. I called the number back, the same female answered as "PG&E Collections Office". I advised her that I was reporting this phone # to the sheriff's dept and she abruptly hung up on me. PLSE BE WARE!

Someone called claiming to be from the "PG and E disconnect service". I could barely hear him so I ended up hanging up. Needless to say he did not call back.

Our office got a call from a scam person representing Southern Cal Edison (electrical). Person stated we missed paying our Nov-Dec billing and that we were to be disconnected today. The truck was coming in about an hour. A scam manager was then put on the line to increase the pressure. He said he would call his disconnect truck to postpone the disconnect as long as I was able to get to the Express Moneygram to pay my bill. If not we would be disconnected in 2 hours. They said you must bring CASH to pay for the Bill. Will call police to report incident.
