calls 10-15 times a day for past 3 weeks. Rings once only. Nobody there, just dead air if you pick up. This is apparently called terror. Looking to. Contact a lawyer if phone company won't block nuisance caller.

Answered the phone with caller ID from Montpelier OH, so I thought it was a customer. Caller started in about credit card handling & processing. When asked, he didn't give his name, but said he was from National Business Solutions. I asked what he was selling and he said they were trying to ensure that we had the appropriate chip readers, etc and the knowledge for handling credit cards. I thanked him and told him we were happy with our provider and hung up. When I called back to check that it was a valid number, it was not in service.

I am in a medical office, and this number calls me about 3x a day. I hardly ever answer, but when I accidentally do, they just stay silent. It has been going on for weeks.

Calling 800-430-4428 will not get you removed from the list, I tried twice, over the course of 8 days. It reduced the frequency from 6 calls a day, down to 2 or 3. Fortunately I called my phone service provider, and discovered call block. Pressing: *60 # area code and number # permanently blocked the number. This was the worst phone harassment I have ever experienced bar none.

As others stated, I called 800-430-4428 and they said they would remove me from the call list and that it could take up to 72 hours before it processed.

continuous calls from them - finally followed the advice of another person commenting here - called 800-430-4428. Left a message with customer representative but called back and got a nice person. I also threatened legal action if they didn't stop calling. Their address is 2323 U.S. 9, Howell, NJ 07731. We will see if it stops.

I have been getting calls every day multiple times a day trying to sell me some type of warranty for my car. They also ask payment information. I have told them several times to stop calling and not interested and they keep calling non stop!

To Resolve This

They are the National Auto Division based in Howell, New Jersey. Their number is 800.430.4428. You can ask to speak to a customer care representative and they will not bother you after that. I threatened legal action and calling the cops b/c I had one of them call me and swear at me (screaming). It sounded like she was having a bad day... There is no excuse for this behavior. A complaint was filed against this employee.
