(416) 673-9230 is a Robocall. These guys are a real collection agency who refuse to obey any of the legal statutes governing the industry. They have call centres all around the world so the people who call you don't even know what it is they are calling about. They will patch you through to a Canadian office if you stay on the line long enough. Complaining to the government or the BBB or anyone else is relatively ineffective. But why not complain to the guy who owns it? His name is Bob Richards. He is the CEO. You can find his email on the internet. He also runs a company called Front Line Group- a subsidiary of CBV and both share their HQ in Vancouver. Their twitter is @flg_frontline - out them on social media. They do payroll service for a number of companies. You can find out who they are on the web. If you do business with these companies call them up and threaten to boycott unless they stop doing business with Front Line. That will hurt Bob Ri's bottom line.

They always call and say that they are calling in regards to a Fido debt. I've never had an account with Fido. Also when I do happen to answer, they hang up right away. I block the number and they just call from another number. It's been almost a year now of them continuously calling and hanging up when I answer. When they don't hang up and so done actually talks, they have limited information and can barely speak English. It's annoying to be harassed for a debt that is not even mine
