The call I received from 415-294-8974 is for a magazine for Freight Logistics that I have been getting. I kept saying I wanted an American person without a strong accent so that I could understand BEFORE saying "YES" to anything else - she ignored me 3 times. I told her I had to take an important driver call. She continued talking so I hung up on her. She called back several days later stating she needed to ask 4 more questions. I told her that I don't need to answer questions to get the magazine when nothing has changed. She ignored me again and proceeded. I hung up. She immediately tried to call back unavailable. I blocked the number. When I say repeatedly I want to speak to someone I can understand, and I am ignored, that is not good business. Does no one in the room speak English w/o a strong accent? By ignoring me, that is the message I get. Then for the same person with the strong accent to call back and ignore my requests again, I won't do business with these people. Send the free magazine or don't. But once I check the magazines to see which one it was she was calling for, I will be reporting her.
