They have been calling me almost every single day for the last year. I have looked up the organization on the caller ID, but as I have never had any business with them there is no reason for the legitimate organization to even have my number. Normally, businesses won't be so persistent if someone doesn't answer either. I have never answered as a precaution but any research I have done by the number itself shows that it might be related to scammers fishing for active phone numbers.

Calls too often. Never speaks when call answered (Unsolicited call) reported by Annoyed
Can hear background noise and sometimes breathing. Aggravating. Despite being blocked, they still call every single day, sometimes more than once.
