makes calls for owner awareness of a utility upgrade installation. , leaves voicemail about techs having access to utility meters. this is legit as upgraded equipment installation project was on last utility bill.

A voicemail was left. I only heard part of it, which indicated that access needed to be provided to my PSE (Puget Sound Energy) meter for the scheduled upgrades, and if I couldn't provide access, then please call 1800... to make an appointment.

This number called my mom telling her that they were with the gas company and needed access to her backyard. She called the gas company and the electric company and both said that they hadn't called. The Sheriff came out and told her that people are using this as a ploy to get home owners to open their doors and then they rob them!
