Two calls from this number in the space of 5 minutes. Both came up as "Robo Caller" on the caller ID. This is the number for Duquesne Light Company, but it's not them calling -- it's a scam where their number was spoofed (I know because I've gotten calls from this number in the past and when I called back and TALKED to Duquesne Light, it wasn't them that made the calls. Both times this time around, the caller hung up after 3 rings -- not enough time to get to the phone or have the answering machine pick up. Whitepages.com lists it as belonging to someone who doesn't have a real address (only 4 digits for the zip code, and NOT what a Pittsburgh area address would be, even if it WAS a 5 digit number).
