Woken up by call from this number, caller ID just showed it was a San Jose number but it being from California gave it a little legitimacy when it claimed to be from Apple, then a long recorded message in nicer than the usual fake robot voice so I listened until the end. I was almost convinced it was legitimate until instead of asking me to call 1-800-myapple it only gave me the option to press 1 for help immediately... That's not how such real services work. In my entire life ZERO real services have phoned me first and then connected me through; real services ask you to call an official number.

I got a call from this number, heard the message, and I pressed “1”. I was connected to a person who asked me to go to a computer and perform a few commands to make my account more secure. Then, in the process, the guy realized that I am computer savvy and suspicious...he hanged up

Today, I received an automated call from this number citing my Apple Id has been compromised. Towards the end of the automated narration, the caller wanted to follow the instruction and press some keys to talk to the claimed Apple representative. At that time, I disconnected the call.

This is Apple's HQs number and it was calling on a Sunday (Scam call) reported by


This is the Apple HQ phone number. I didn't answer because I NEVER answer any call that is not in my contacts, EVER. If it is important the person will leave a voicemail, if they don't then I don't care about the call anyways. So they called twice which made me check the number, which came up as Apple HQ (which is obviously closed on the weekend). Since they are obviously spoofing Apples number, I can only assume it is the same scam call everyone else mentions that they are trying to represent themselves as Apple.

A robocall called me telling me there was a breach of my apple account. I pressed #1 and then a person answered and told me there was breach of my account inRussian and China and there was upload of child pornography in my account. Of course I panicked, but I told them I was driving and they should call me in 15 minutes. I got home and called Apple customer service phone (800) MY–APPLE (800–692–7753). Apple customer service told me to block this phone and that this is a scam because apple does not make phone calls to their customers. I blocked the phone immediately because while I was talking with Apple, the scammer called me twice again. Be careful!

Got a call from this number about six times today. The first time it called me and I answered, the auto msg said, "Your iCloud has been hacked press 1 to speak to a representative." each time I pressed one I answered, "Thank you for calling the (insert federal agency)" 1) Hang up 2) told to go eff myself 3) told she wanted to eat an area of my body 4) asked me why I was sleeping with my boss Finally blocked when they began robo calling my phone back repeatedly.

Robot left a message telling me to press one. Looks like the scammer pressed the wrong automated message. The scammer called again 15 mins later I hung up and blocked them.

Said my icloud had been hacked. I knew it was a scam, but pressed "1" to speak to customer service. I asked the 3rd world **** who answered what was wrong with my icloud and he told me to "f*ck" off before hanging up.
