Called to tell me my computer was infected. Strong East Indian accent with a lot of noise in the background. Could hear telemarketing callers in the background.Wants to know what version of Microsponge I am running and REMOTE access to my computer to "Fix" a problem it is causing to their servers....Told her to go F* YOUR SELF crook. This is about 7th time I have gotten this type of call. Number is always different as is the location given. I have reported this to Verizon. They seem totally aware of it and I do not know if they care.

I got the same call 8/1/2016. Hung up on them AND THEY CALLED BACK!!! Thick East Indian Accent - man- very aggressive on phone.. How do we respond/report this?

Total creeps--have called EIGHT times in past 7 days. going to block phone number--another solution to handle these kind of jerks--Get an athletic whisper and BLOW every time this number comes up on caller id.

Called to tell me my computer was infected. Strong East Indian accent with a lot of noise in the background. Could hear telemarketing callers in the background - all talking about other unrelated scams. So obviously a fake call so I just hung up. Amateur attempt at best.

Middle Eastern accent men would call, seemed to know I had had bladder repair surgery......they said I had money owed me through a class action law procedure.......I asked to be removed from their calling list. I'd hang up & they would call back.....this afternoon they called 3X. I added a feature to me phone so I can block incoming calls. With luck, I did get a phone number, of the callers, 408 819-9171, & I did block it on our phone.

The same number called my home claiming his name was Jacob and he was calling from Comcast. He wanted to know if I was a Comcast customer then hung up

they called early in the morning at the mornig. About 6:30. Caller ID showed 'Campbell CA'. I did not answer. No message left. Could be a scam.

1-408-819-9171 caller id says GTEL. Say they are Microsoft want to access my computer to fix virus. Microsoft does not call you it is a total scam. East Indian accent. Will not take shut up for answer.
