Male with super thick Indian accent (Scam call) reported by Kass
1. he referred to me by my last name only. 2. Called at 658AM California time and I live in Wisconsin. 3. Accent so thick I could not understand him and I've worked with people from India before. I asked him several times to repeat. Told him his accent was too thick to understand. He said, very clearly and dripping with sarcasm, "Really?!" When I asked what country he was calling from, he did not answer and instead I Think he said he was calling about a job? I have not applied to any jobs in California in over 2 or 3 years. I informed him I was not interested, I was driving and this was not an appropriate time, also, I could not understand a word he said. I am not interested and I hung up. My guess is this is another in a series of scam 'job offers' off Craigslist that result in me doing some sort unethical and possibly illegal shipping of product over seas and getting a forged check for thousands of dollars and I am to keep 400.00 of it and send the rest to 2 different people in SE Asia. (not happening). Do Not Respond To This Number. Block it. Delete it.
