Pushy, wont send actual details of agreement until you pay. Offered to lower price to 398 from 598 and send 500 visa gift card to sweeten the pot. Too good to be true, wouldn't wait for me to confirm validity of company, claimed to be part of Diamond but wouldnt let me verify with them because their office would be closing... Joseph Defero assured i had 10 days to ask for refund, not to worry if it was a scam because i could get refund through them or through the credit card company. Then left me a voicemail " girl: who you talking to now [background noise] Joseph: shes not gonna do it shes done [click]" Don't fall for it
