I checked and the phone number is not even registered. So someone is spoofing their phone number so the calls cannot be traced back to them. Sounds like a scam to me.

wanted to talk about my car insurance, without stating who she was with. I told her she was lying and hung up. Voice sounded foreign, possibly spanish, but more likely from India or Europe.
