Totally bogus call. Claimed i would be served on a civil matter. They didn't give the usual debt collection mumbo jumbo. Company name changes every week. Do your research people and dont fall for it.

The caller has been harassing multiple family members stating (paraphrased) if "I don't reply they will proceed with legal action against me" and that was enough for me to try and call this company to learn more about what they needed from myself. What really made things worse was today finding a family members personal cell phone was being contacted and had a similar voicemail left onto it regarding a 'personal matter'. I have dealt with collection agencies in the past and my experience and this caller seemed to be a little different, perhaps maybe on the rogue side of the business. After several calls to this number, I spoke with someone who had a bit of a fit when the number I called them with "wasn't the same on the account" and when I asked who they were and what they did they claimed to all of this: Type of business - not a debt collector but a private investigation company on behalf of Midland Companies Phone type - personal/ VoIP - no professional voicemail, no name of business provided Calls recorded - Yes, no agent ID given Objective - investigate records to disclose to Midland Companies Information reported to credit agencies - no. After having a bit of a heated call because this company disclosed private information to a family member without confirming who they speaking to, I found them to tell me that after speaking with me I was "refusing to pay the debt" ?? Wait I thought this wasn't a collection agency? After calling back several times I spoke with a lady (Linda) who told me about an account, dates, times, bank account, payment information, and other information that a company who is trying to simply investigate someone shouldn't be relaying to someone. At the end of the call, she basically told me to "get a lawyer" and hung up on me because she felt that was I "screening" her the same way she does to others and knew when to "protect her company". Spoke with my lawyer, he believes them to be a rogue agency and recommended me reporting them to the

This phone number called me using my maiden name which I haven't gone by in 10 years. Saying that I had a civil claim against me and the recording was not professional at all and said to press 0 to speak to a person. I hung up. I have had a call like this before and the one thing that they always asked me for was a credit card to get money from me. Or I would be prosecuted.

They have called several times saying I have a civil lawsuit against me which I don't. They said letters were sent which wasn't. These people are scammers and I will be contacting the FBI. Don't answer calls from 404-856-0999.

This person left me a message as a robot to start saying "(name)...this is Collin Pierce placing a call in regards to a claim that was issued to our office of our clients if the documents were sent to your house...you failed to respond either way due to the nature the claim is imperative that you or your attorney contact the office immediately at 706-341-0080 consider yourself notified." So now instead of getting this call from one number you get it from multiple numbers and its the same person. i have never received any papers for anything so this call cannot be real. If you look up the number 706-341-0080 there are many others that have also received this exact same call.
