woman on the phone states this is for wage garnishment for $5000.00 for a internet load i don't have. but will settle for $400.00. when i asked about the lender and or company. woman on the phone hung up. I called back and spoke with another woman on the phone. i than asked for the name of the company (kapital mediation legal department with a K)and asked for the woman name and was disconnected

Sounds like a process server or something. Didn't follow the proper protocol for legal notices. etc. Am 99% sure it is a scam call. They called me at work in a Federal institution - not a very smart thing to do.
