This automated caller claimed to be from UnitedHealth Care and gave a number to call back of 1888-557-4617 and when I reasearched that number it was listed as scam/spam with negative comments as well. Neither number is United Health Care. As others stated call your insurance company directly if you have questions and put these numbers on block if you have the capability. Good Luck

The number claims to be from united Healthcare but doesn't actually belong to them. Do not give them any information, and if you are unsure about your benefit status, call the number on the back of your card and speak to them directly. They told me this, but please find out for yourself

NO its not from United Health Care. They only say it is until you call back the 1800 number they leave you in your voice mail. At that point they try to get personal information form you.
