Call from Atlanta, GA. lady claimed to be with Comcast. She asked questions regarding my service with WiFi. She wanted me to confirm my account info, such as my address, personal info. I stated I wasn't comfortable giving my info over the phone. She said, 'it's not like I don't already know it'. So I said, If you already know my info, then you should be confirming who YOU are, not the other way around. So she said, does your address start with ???? I said Yes. She said, what's the rest of it?? No chick. Try someone else. If you get a call from this number, do NOT answer.

A woman who knew my name, and my internet package (price) called claiming my internet plan was ending soon (as In days soon). It ends in a couple months though and was telling me about a bigger plan that will be the same price and that I should take the offer. I suggested I go online and check it out myself because it sounded suspicious, but she said it only worked if she did it. I told her I didn’t have the information for my account at the moment and that she should call back later. I checked to be sure when my plan expired and I was right about it expiring months away. Anyways, she definitely sounds suspicious, im blocking her.

I was told it was a call from XFINITY with a promotional offer to upgrade my services. She asked me multiple questions regarding my experience - which were all no issues. However, she sort of pushed the promotion even when I didn't need it. I don't have slow service or anything. I told her to provide me with a call back number, which she said she didn't have and to act quickly because offer may not last. I hung up at no call back number.

Very professional female claiming to be with Comcast/Xfinity. She said my “package anniversary” is coming up and she can get me some discounts. Said my package of $180 can be decreased with these discounts yet I have to start paying 80 dollars a month to keep a certain service that I know is free, but if I stop the service I have to pay $50 extra a month?? I hung up and she called back several times in a row for a few minutes. Very creepy, she really knew quite a bit of my personal information

1st call was with a woman claiming to be with Comcast and offering a promo/upgrade. Fairly confident and persistent, and told me to call 1 800 COMCAST when I said I would have to wait for another time. Received another call a little later with a different person, I told them right away to "take me off this list." They (comically) just replied "1 800 COMCAST" and I hung up.

they called while i was at work. they left a minute and a half long voice mail of heavy breathing. the only thing he said was “hello” and “they’re trying to force us to send this video”.... very very creepy and weirded me out
