This company claimed the name of Home Protection Services out of Dallas offering "free equipment" for only $43.99/month for a 3 or 5 year contract. I asked them for their State of TN Alarm Contractor's License and they said it was against company policy. I said, it is public knowledge why don't you tell me. He said look it up on the internet all the while trying to sell me the "free" system. When he asked to take the order I said hold on I'm looking up your license number. When I told him he wasn't licensed in TN he said they are listed with the BBB. I asked for a call back number, he gave 911-274-2443...and hung up.

Caller was polite and American. Not some rude foreigner calling from the Middle East. Trying to sell me a home security system. I'm on the national do not call registry but apparently that does no good anymore.
