My Credit Union (Robocall) reported by


I've received calls from this number in the past regarding my Credit Union debit card and recognized it, so I answered it. It was a robocall that said something unrecognizable then hung up. I called the number on the back of my card and it turns out my card number had been stolen. Not sure why the robocall didn't prompt me to call my CU, but that's what it was regarding.

This number has called before and leaves a return phone #800-622-1361. I first checked my bank's website since it was after hours and located the call back number and a description of the service and its purpose. I called my bank during regular hours and they verified that this "Transaction Review Department" for my bank (which is an outside organization) is safe to talk to. BUT, always call your bank first to verify.
