360-362-4571 called and left a message saying there was a judgement against my name, and I needed to call or would go to federal court. When I called back a man with a thick accent answered named "Mike" saying it was the IRS. He told me to go !@$& myself when I asked him to provided credentials and mail me a formal letter.
