It was a robot call 'threatening me with charges I know do not ex (Scam call) reported by


For over a year I've let unknown calls go to voicemail. This caller is a robot voice & 'threatens' that they are the Local COPS(their words) & that there is a Case against me with '4 Actions'(whatever that means) They have called before but this time I saved the message. Today I'm particularly bent about All these phony calls. My phone suddenly without reason Blocked me for a Password. This was never set up by me. It happened amidst 6 scam calls coming in Tues Feb 26th 2019. I had to completely reset my Phone, EVERYTHING was Lost!!! I'm also on the 'do not call'register but it seems to bring as many new calls. I am exasperated, frustrated & .....

Creepy recording (Call centre) reported by


My daughter received a call, and the message left was slow and creepy recording (possibly due to break down of recording). The call center claimed they needed a call back regarding money owed. My daughter doesn't have credit debt, and she barely started her first job, so we knew it was a scam (and the creepy voicemail didn't help).

An automated male voice left a voicemail that said there is an unresolved case that includes charges against me, and if I don't call them back within 24 hours then the local police will arrest me due to the "serious allegations" under my name.

It's a robo call claiming you owe back taxes and you are being sued by the IRS. IRS sues individuals very rarely and that too when the fraud is huge. Not for few hundred or few thousand dollars! They know how to recover taxes without having to go to court and spending more than what is owe
