Robo call making threats stating I would be arrested and prosecuted "in my state." Demanded that I call this number back immediately to avoid prosecution.

I did not answer and they left a message similar to the other posts. I texted them back and told them that I do not talk about those things over the phone. They were welcome to send official documents to my current address. Of course I know they don't have my current address and I never got a return text back

Foreigner with fake identification and threatening but unsure why (Scam call) reported by


Starts off mumbling foreign accent and threatening "legal prosecution against your name". Called number from husbands line and the man that answered had a heavy accent said his name was "Officer David with the Federal Prosecution Company".

recorded voicemail left stating that they would take "legal prosecution against your name". Called number from a different line and the person that answered had a heavy accent said his name was "Officer David with the Federal Prosecution Company".

Yes as is state above I got the same call and the same message...thinking of taking legal action myself for calling my phone number and threatening calls...is a foreigner@
