The foreign person said were with Microsoft and my computer was compromised and they were going to refund me $399.99 because Microsoft could not protect my computer any longer. They wanted me to turn on my computer to do something with it so I could get my $399.99 back. When I said you know who I am right and refund me without me getting on my computer the foreign person who spoke little English rung up on.me.
