Some woman called my husband's cellphone and started telling him that some lady (which she called by name)owed capital one over $3,000 from 2008 and asked him if he was ready to pay it right then and there . He said no im not paying for someone else's debit that i don't know. The woman on the phone gave out this lady's name and more information. We have blocked the number .
