mandy moore mediation bull. If you're being served it needs to be in writing not a random call to a phone that may or may not be the correct person. Anyone saying that you've been served needs to be in writing not a message. Dont get fooled Im on social security and the only calls i get are bogus and I don't even answer any calls because of constant robo/scam calls all day long. Probably 10+ everyday even weekends. FED UP

Got a call from melody Moore stating I owed 1,647 for a magazine (Debt collector) reported by Fish
I got a call from a woman named Melody Moore stating I owed $1,647 for a magazine I do not ever remember getting stated I was going to be sued if I did not settle the debt when I showed concern she told me they could be found in the Better Business Bureau the company name is PDS mediation services and the supposed magazine company was National Services Corporation at this point I am unsure what to believe I do not recall ever getting a magazine she stated I made 5 payments of $30 which makes me believe I should have some memory of this magazine if I did in fact get it she said it entered collections in 2011 so I would have had to have gotten the magazine subscription before then she claimed they had three years from the time it was defaulted for it to hit Collections and from that date they had another 10 years to collect a debt also she said I verbally agreed on the phone they have a quote unquote recording of my voice agreeing to the terms of this quote-unquote magazine she had the last four digits of my social security number I'm unsure of what to believe at this point I'm leaning towards this being a total scam
