He asked if he was talking to me, I said yes. Then he asks for my DOB to identify me to release the information. Hmmm. I asked for him to identify himself, like what is The Revenue Group? "Oh it's like that. Well we sent a letter on Friday marked Personal and Confidential. You should get it soon." We'll see.

This pos Revenue group got me for over 500 back in 2016 assuring me they would send statement. Never did. They r at it again, I answered and man was smart mouthed! I called hospital billing department and they said I had a bill from 2015!!!! I paid them but no statement no proof other than a credit card statement! PAY THEM NOTHING THEY R THIEVES LIARS AND MEAN. Google them see for yourself

Called and left a vm saying they wanted to collect a debt from Cleveland clinic. Called clinic directly- did not have any bills. It's a scam and mostly likely an attempt to commit identity theft.

Call and ask to verify birthday. When saying I don't feel comfortable and ask who it is they say they are the revenue group and need to verify bday or else can't give information. I always tell them to send me paper form of what they want and have only sent me mail once...it's a collection agency.
