They left a voicemail message, with an Indian accent, telling me to call back and use option 2. They claimed to be from Synchrony Bank. No explanation of why they called. I didn't respond.

This number had called 3 times before. The woman said she was calling from Synchrony Bank and said my JC Penney account was past due and if I wanted to pay the $64 now. I told her my account is current and to take my number off her calling list. UGH!!!
