Claims to represent an organization that, to my knowledge, does not exist. Robocall that claims there is a petition to extend no-payment on student loans, leads to a human who claims they are representing a Department of Education program.

The man called, left a voicemail because I didn’t answer saying to call him back because he or anyone else on the staff could help me clear up my student loans. As a result of the recent government shutdown folks have problems with the department of education student loans, blah, blah. I don’t have any to begin with so where did they get my number to call for student loans? Sounds like a fishing expedition to me, looking to scam me out of my personal information.

They keep calling me. They say they are the National Student Advocate Center. I'm 69 years old and don't have as tude4nt loan. I've asked multiple times to be added to a do not call list. The guy last night said they don't do HAVE a do not call list. I asked them to check my phone number to see why they're calling me and he said they can't check without a file number. Which I don't have. I'm contacting the PA Consumer Protection Agency to report them as harassing me.
