They sell fake room confirmations for trade shows, they steal $$$ (Scam call) reported by


The way it works is this, they buy a leads list from trade shows and cold call the whole list selling fake room confirmations for trade shows, they then take your money, generate a fake confirmation, and then they close shop and steal your money. Then they open a new company and start the whole process over again. Never book your room with these people.

I received a phone call asking me to call him back regarding the Interphex show in April 2020. I just confirmed our space reservation this week. They call all the time and are not a sponsored housing authority from this tradeshow. It's a scam

Calling to book hotel reservations for shows. I was yelled at for not being able to understand them as they were talking to me and someone else. I asked them to remove my company's number from their contact list. They proceeded to call again, completely ignoring the incident of them yelling at me and that I asked them to remove my company's number from their contact list. They acted like it never happened. If they call you... just immediately block their number.

These people are scammers who will claim that hotel rooms are running out for various medical conferences and then try to get you to book through them. DON'T DO IT. Their rates are usually much higher than the conference rate and they don't offer refunds or cancellations (but they won't tell you that.).

Telemarketer: I wanna speak to the person in charge of the EXPO WEST show that your company will be attending. Me: May ask who is calling and if you are calling to offer hotel rates? Telemarketer: No, we are calling because there have been some updates for the show. Me: What kind of updates? I need more information so that I can transfer you to the right person. Telemarketer: Just transfer me to the person in charge I don't have time for this, I'm at the end of my shift and I'm tired (laughs).... ok, we are calling (blah blah blah, hotel rates...) Me: Please remove us from your calling list.

Called them back. Answering machine said "Please leave your message." No personal name or company name. Must be a spam call. Very annoying. Blocking them.
