They called my unpublished cell phone number for my mom whom has never ever been on my cell phone account and does not live with me. Asked if I was (mom's name) and i said no and she said they would remove my number. We will see how well that goes.

Actually called my 77 y.o mother trying to locate me. Told her to have me call another #, then they called my cell #. I was told I had an unpaid balance on a cc. Told them to pound sand, then they told me I had filed bankruptcy and they would remove. on 8/17 & 8/18 a recorded message called my mom again indicating a complaint filed against me. I called attorney general's office and federal trade commission. They advise to have my mom call the phone company and block the number.

Processing an order on a claim made against me about a complaint filed against me. Service documents sent to my residence or place of employment. I've been given 24 hours to contact the client. Otherwise, indicating when I am located I forfeit that right. Funny, any complaints should be certified and registered. Fraud!
