I received a call from a Navient caller, who claims to be working, as a servicing company for Navient Student loans. The caller wanted information about the accounts and to verify the phone number and than wanted to schedule payments for owed loans. THE Caller DOES WORK FOR Navient, simply because Navient is not a company that loans money for student loans, nor does the caller appear to have any information about the accounts. The caller is also unable to bring up any accounts and/or information on their own computers, but they know you owe them money. The caller goes by the name Noah and calls from 317-550-5549"Calls come 7 days per week from 8am to 9pm for every hour! CALLER ID: 317-550-5549 CALLER COMPANY: Student funding

I get calls about 3-4 times every couple of days in not every day. Idk who they are but I don't pick it up cuz I have no idea who it is. My thing is if I don't know the number then I don't pick up I always wait for a voicemail to see if it is someone I need or should call back
