I was just scammed. They got my social security number. And gave me a case number of 2017TX8592757-F. They knew where I worked. They claim that if I didn't pay the $1006. They were going to file the case for Theft by deception. Check fraud, and fraud of a financial institution. I would be bought by the judge under a warrant. And would need to to get $5003 blanket bond to keep me from going to jail. They had my email address. They had my DOB and a DL that was not mine. The woman that contacted me was a Tracey Walker (she gave a Badge# 020916). I ended up giving her my account number to my bank.

Same...I haven't had a pay day loan out so they are full of it for sure. They even got mad at me and hung up on me when I asked for more info.
