Refused to tell me company name without verifying last 4 of my social. Would only say it was a personal business matter. I refused to verify and said I would very information after I had the company name. He said the call couldn't continue and hung up. I called back and got a woman, asked what the company name was and she answered by asking if she was speaking to "my name". I said this is "my first name", now what is the name of your company. She told me by law she couldn't say company name without verifying my personal info. I told her by law yes she could identify the company name, AND my lawyer told me never to verify my personal info unless I was sure of who I was talking to. She then had me verify an address on file which I did since it was an old address I haven't lived at in 6 years. At that point she told me they were a debt collector and tried to get me to pay a debt that I have already paid and I told her I even have a letter of satisfaction stating that debt is paid. She claimed she would forward my file to the disputes department. Not sure how legit this place is being they don't identify themselves in the beginning. Never had anyone not identify the company at the beginning and especially when asked.

Said her name was Amy and she was calling about a personal matter. She asked me to verify my personal information. I told her I could not verify my information she stated she needed to end the call.

Tried to get me to verify my information, when i told her i do not verify anything over the phone especially when she would not tell me who she was with. She insisted she could not since i would not verify the last 4 of my ss #. Done with these people blocked the number

My cell phone service blocks this call every time as being scam calls. I have called ID through my cell provider and it always blocks scam callers and then emails me to let me know it is a scam call and to not unblock number or to call it and never give any information to them ever.

I could hear several voices in the background, as if it was a call center of some kind. When I didn't speak, they hung up. I called back after reading these reviews of the # and a man answered. Again, several voices in the background. I said I had received a call from the # and asked what they wanted. He asked for a specific person. I told him there was no one by that name and remove me from the list. He claimed he would remove my phone # from his list. I suppose we'll see if they call back.

I'd received several calls, but they hung up on me when I answered. Fed up, I called back, and the lady on the line refused to divulge any information (including what business she was calling on behalf of) until I had "verified my identity" with some personal information. Quite fishy.

Never verify over the phone tell them to mail it to what address they have on file or say there’s no one here by that name remove me from your list.. NEVER SAY ITS YOU AND ASK THEM QUESTIONS
