They left a message telling me they were going to charge my account $1500 for computer protection for the upcoming year. I feel for their scam last year. They told me they had to get their software off my computer or I would be charged for the renewal. Since I was terminating before my year was up in November they were refunding me $300. They had me fill out a “Western Union” form to get the money. Jack is the name he provided but who knows what his real name is. He gave me a confirmation number and told me he accidentally put $3000 into my account and now I need to pay him for his mistake. I checked my bank account on my phone and he told me not to do that it would screw up his removal of the software. I logged onto my bank account while they were still had control. My screen went blank and they added a line item to my checking account that showed the $3,000. Tensions are getting hotter at this point. Do I want him to loose his job? I went to another phone and callled the bank I unplugged my internet of course he is still on the other phone was not suppose to hang up. What happened is he locked me out of my computer and told me he was taking all my funds until I did what he wanted. He wanted $2500 in Walmart or GoogyPlay Cards to cover his error of putting ?2700 to much in my account. I was irate told him I was at the ATM and there is no money in the checking account I had thousands in the checking. Told him I could not do it because now there is no money. At this time I had him on mute and inside the bank and they knew and could see he was moving my money from different accounts I had even to an external account that was closed. They never put money in my account. They moved my money into the account they would tell me to look at. Long story short they were trying to scam me for $2,700. Last year they did scam me for $700 never to be seen again. Do not ever talk with the phone numbers 315-302-3022 or 213-377-3024.

They say they are Global IT and my contract needs to be renewed or cancelled or I will be charged $1500. I told John I don't have a contract with them and he acquised me of calling him a liar. You have to be on your computer for them to walk you through a cancellation. I don't want them to have a way to get to my computer & I certainly don't want to pay their $1500. I'm blocking their number & hope for the best.
