Said I need to call this number 315-274-4588 to talk with an IRS officer. I called back and nothing. Scam I believe all a scam. And the IRS don't call you they mail letters to you.

Phone # came up as "Private" on my cell phone. Robotic Voice stated I need to call 315-274-4588; That the IRS is suing me and needs me to retain a lawyer, and call them. I did try the phone # but it was a blank line: literally no one picked up and it didn't ring. So annoying. Also, if the IRS needs me, they have my address- DUH.

Claimed IRS was filing a lawsuit against me. (Scam call) reported by


Automated voice called my cellphone and told me the IRS has been trying to reach me and they are filing a litigation against me unless I call back their number immediately. (I did not call back and this seems to be a running scam.) IRS would not try to reach me first through my cellphone.
