Prescription card from work, I'm marking this safe only because it's half marked as spam already, and I think this truly is my prescription "insurance" provider. So I think this is legit, but honestly you should hang up on them. I have no way of knowing it's actually my prescription coverage provider because I have never put this number in my phone book before. So there's no way I can divulge any information to the disembodied robot voice, even if I were inclined to discuss whatever it is with a robot rather than a human (I'm not). I would need to initiate the call to a well known or published number, if I really wanted to talk about whatever it was. I've done that with other companies that call me. I have them give me a case number, and then I call them back to their published number. So I'm marking this safe because I genuinely think this probably is my prescription discount provider. They're ham-fisted apes in this case, and haven't thought this through for a customer's well being in terms of "cyber" security here, clearly placing their convenience above the safety of their . . . ? what am I? Their customer is not me, but the person who chose their company. I am their something, surely.
