She refused to speak with anyone but the owner and says that there is a change on our account that she must discuss with the owner. I will not be forwarding the message.

Lady with "Merchant Services" asked for the owner (Scam call) reported by


Foreign lady calls and asks for the owner or co-owner or a family member. She says there is a problem with our merchant services account. I asked her which company she is with if she does our processing and she says she can only speak with the owner. When I said he would not be calling back, she became really angry and I hung up.

Calls our office at least twice a day. Different people with different record ID numbers. Have tried to stop but they will only speak to the owner or co-owner. The owner will not speak to this company (they do not come into the office) so it is an endless loop.

A lady calls from Merchant Services (who speaks in a very harsh and serious tone of voice) and claims she needs to speak with phone number owner about their Matrix account. I don't know what Matrix is and I know for sure I don't have an account with them. It seems to be some kind of scam to get information.
