Scam, you can and never wave your rights just by not returning a phone call. It has to be signed on a legally binding document...I wish these mother)&@$& would stop and get a real job. I don’t have time for this bs.

They left 3 voice messages all same voice but different names. MR (Scam call) reported by Jamella Herring
MRC SERVICES, threatening saying I have a pending case in our office that requires your immediate attention, if I don't hear back from you today or your retained attorney, then I assume you waive your rights and your case will be submitted. Never states what the case is from, nor represent themselves as a collection agency. Vague and extremely RUDE! Definitely a scam

This is a wide spread and common scam. The company will tell you there is a criminal case against you from a cash loan company. They will try to get you to give them money to settle with out legal recourse. Don't give them any information. They use various numbers but it's always the same African American woman making the threats

This number comes from Missouri - MO. I don't answer unknown numbers and they left no message. Have missed calls from them on my mobile, was trying to dig some info on the internet before calling them back, but found nothing, no luck. People pls did someone answer this number, who is it?
