Miss Kelly asked for the office manager. She is out of the office today so offered her voicemail. She declined and asked rudely "well, when will she be in?" I explained Thursday's are her day off and she'll return tomorrow. I asked again her name/company and rudely, and quite condescendingly, replied "Mandy Kelly with Capital Accounts!"

Debt collection, called on our office number. Once they get your name, they are harassing you weekly, wanting you to get on their debt collection services. Be sure to ask to be put on their "do not call" list. There are law suits against this firm.
