Called back and asked that if I wanted to settle an IRS matter before a lawsuit was filed. They wanted me to send a moneygram while I stayed on the phone. I said I wouldn't pay without proof of where taxes were underpaid because I pay my taxes every year. Lady got mad and said I wasted her time, then hung up. Both individuals I spoke to were with Indian or middle eastern accents.
