Rude man called and asked to speak with owner. Told him owner unavailable. He asked to hold. I told him no. He said I am a tax attorney for Bexar County. We are not in Bexar County. I offered to take a message and he said he wasn't going to do anything "For the Love of God", claimed to now be a state attorney instead of county and then hung up on me.

Asked for the company owner by first name. He has retired and when I told him he asked if there were new owners. Then he was angry when I told him no one was available to discuss purchasing or merging.

Asked repeatedly to speak to 'one of the owners'. Said he owned a $40M company a couple times. Asked if we would entertain offers on our company. Tried several times to confirm my address before I managed to get off the phone with him. When I told him I had to go, he repeated "You've got to go..." in a sarcastic tone and hung up on me.

Asked for the other owner of the business by first name, I told him he wasn't here, he asked if he'd be in tomorrow, I told him no, and by this time knew it was a telemarketing call, so I asked him what he wanted. He hung up.

I answered, and he said his name and that he was from PMS a staffing and service company in Milwaukee. He spoke very "chummy" as if we had spoken before. He told me his boss told him to call me. He told me "you guys are in New Berlin" (a location we left 5 years ago), so I knew something was up. I asked him to cut to the chase and asked if this was a cold call. CLICK. He hung up.
