This number has called me multiple times the past few months, never answer. I'm registered on the Do Not Call List. Same number called my sister, she answered the third time got a live person and she asked them how they got her number and the person on the other end went silent for a second and said "our system automatically generates numbers" and my sister said "well this is the third time you've called me, if you call again I will escalate this to law enforcement" they've never called her again. Typical scam call.
