Calling to verify wire activity on my account. Used a verification code sent via text from a number I'd not seen Chase use before (sketchy), but they didn't ask for any account numbers or anything. Seems legitimate.

Ironically- this was Chase Banks fraud prevention after I initiated a wire transfer. I hung up and called Chase to report the number, and Chase informed me it was them and connected me to the service. This was not fraudulent, and if you did hang up, just call Chase to complete the process they are asking for.

Pretending to be chase bank. My landlord said (Scam call) reported by


I called back and it's all girgly sounds. Then the landlord told me he has to tell them when to call me and they have to call me. The and them called me 14 times I'm 2hours. He said they seized his account and the would release his account once I give them my info. The che had cleared 8 days and my bank said no dont talk to them. My landlord threatened me that he cant deposit rent checks or pay Bill's and he was going to shut the building down. Please investigate this. Who has my cell phone number now. How did the landlord have the right to give my info out. I better not have my identity taken
