Didn't answer due to negative rating and reviews. From reading, this call could be a scam to get a recording of you saying "yes" that they can then use to create an audio agreement of charges that you didn't actually agree to. This has been on the local news recently (first few months of 2017) since there has apparently been an uptick of these calls in the 417 area code. The news stories say that the call asks if you can hear them, then as soon as you answer in the affirmative, they hang up.

I would have to say that since this number is being used and identified as different reasons for calling people my guess is it's in order to get you to answer keep you on the phone long enough for you to be tracked by them so they can get your IP number and eventually leads to infringing on both your internet service and your phone service also giving them access to your phone such as the camera and microphone your emails anything that appears on the screen including when you enter your passwords... this HAS happened to me

I received a call from this number 3/21/2017. I have previously received numerous calls from this number all with the same message from a bot. This time I made the mistake of saying yes so that I could tell a real person to remove me from the call list. As soon as I said yes the call ended and all attempts to call the number back have failed. I believe this is a scam run with the goal of recording people saying "yes" so that the scammer may use that recording in the future to impersonate people over the phone.
