The call took very long and they were offering a better offer on my internet they wanted to confirm my telephone and address and I did not, they had it. I asked to confirm the offer online on their page the caller got very annoyed and asked me to wait in line for a text message to confirm the offer and it was taking too long and then he got more aggravated because I did not want to wait any longer (was already 15 minutes)and hung up, no text or anything else from them. They had called all week no message. Very strange I will be contacting Comcast directly when I get the chance.

Was giving me a better service but for a lower price and wen i asked about something i actually want he magical had a great deal for a cheaper price.but i had called Xfinity myself and it was no were near the price he was giving me.
