The voice identified as someone "From car insurance company on a recorded line. Can you hear me" Unfortunately I said "yes I can hear you". Then I noticed this was a machine. It said "if we get disconnected, my callback number is____ (I did not take it down), and it hung up.

They call from a so call Homeowner associate, call # busy (Scam call) reported by Carlos
According to Nomorobo this is the message "Hi This is Naomi I'm a homeowners associate calling on a reported line in regards to safety concerns within your home can you hear me Ok." When you call back,they only respong welcome to Customer service and touch this or touch that etc, they don't answer stating the company name.
