They confirmed the company name and the address. I asked where they were calling from and they say they were getting information for "Libraries and organizations". Then they've requested the name of the person in charge and when I was about to reply that all our information was in Sunbiz, they've hung up.

The lady said if our bussiness was located in the (she gave me the address), I said yes, she asked the name of the owner or manager, I gave her my name and asked her where she was calling from, she said "library system", I said where, do you have a web site, she hanged up.

I answered phone immediately she gave the address of a business and wanted to know if it is still the same. I asked who she was and she claimed to be the Chambers of Commerce, we do not belong to that association. She went right into the same question again, I told her she needed to speak to my manager who was not here but to give me her number and I will have him call back. She said she had no call back number then she went right into the next question about the amount of employees the business has and I once again stated I am not sure who you are and you would have to speak to my manager and she said thanks and hung up on me.

They said it was the better business bureau. But as soon as I asked who it was she identified herself and hung up rather quickly.
