got calls from these people two weeks ago and I told them to stop calling. I got a call from them today and the first thing that was said to me was they wanted to f*ck my wife. after about two minutes of them trying to get a word in and me putting them in their place they told me if I told them nicely to stop calling they would take me off the list. scam at its finest. wish I could meet up with these people

Got a call from Simon Sym (a man with a very heavy Indian accent) from Bonner & Associates Attorney Office. He was calling to get the name of my attorney for papers that would be served to me on Monday morning. When I asked what the charges were for he said I'd taken out a loan with US Credit Services who own 150 other companies who give out unsecured loans, payday loans, etc. When I asked when I took out this loan he did not have an answer but told me that USCS had sent me 13 emails about the debt and that he was not trying to collect a debt and that I didn't need that information. He had my email address, former employer, the last 4 of my social, and the last 4 of a very old bank account. When I explained that I wasn't going to proceed until I received an official verification of debt to my home address he laughed at me. (I asked under the instruction of the Federal Trade Commission and Consumer Protection Bureau.) Simon said he worked for the affidavit processing department of the US Attorney's office. I told him that, under the circumstances of the conversation, and he hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to him again. He laughed at me again and hung up. I called back again and spoke with another man with a very heavy Indian accent. I asked him for the name of the attorney in his office, their bar number, and the state in which they practice law. He told me to look it up myself. When I told him that he would tell me he said, "no, I'm not in the mood to tell you," agreed when I called him unprofessional and also hung up on me. This happened twice more. Upon my final call, no one answered and it went to a fast busy signal. Please beware of people who act like this. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and ic3.org (the internet computer crime complaint department). When people try to defraud me of my money, I don't mess around.

This number called me at 6:49AM. I answered "Hello" once, but was silent. Didn't respond a second time, figuring it was an auto dialer. They called again at 9:55am ( I didn't answer at all). No voicemail was left. I called the number back at 4:26pm and 4:36pm, but received a fast busy.
